After conducting several user interviews, a major unmet need appeared in my research: filmmakers desired an easy way to display their work in a professional manner. Many directors wanted a beautiful website, but lacked the resources or time to have a site created by a web designer. The portfolio builder has three modes: An edit mode where users can drag and drop content modules from the left panel. A design mode where users can manipulate type, color, and layout. Third, a view mode where the filmmaker can see an actual preview of their site like anyone else would see it.
